....not that kind junk haha.
I've managed to get conjunctivitis when a piece of dirty metal entered my eye and I decided to rub it like a mad bastard to get it out.
It's fucked, but does anyone have any quick remedies to fix it?
I've got the anti biotic drops from minor injuries on the go and washing it as much as possible.
If theres any help out there I'd be eternally grateful for the advice.

Anytime you touch your eye, wash your hands straight afterwards. Otherwise you’ll keep reinfecting it. Try to leave it alone (not run it even though it’s irritating). |

Don't touch your eyes and wash your hands like the blood won't come off.
Then just use your drops and wait for it to pass. |

Keep using the drops and keep the eye clean is all you can do, you can also get eyelid wipes and gels etc that have antibacterial properties in them, hot/cold compress can help relieve the swelling/ease pain a bit too. And eye drops can help with the irritated feeling.
If it doesn't look like it's improving as you near the end of the drops then get booked in with an optician for a full anterior assessment to have it checked out again in case you need further courses of treatment xx

Very common here we call in pink eye flu & is super spreadable so we ban people coming to the office. We get three medicines from the doctor , anti-biotic pills, anti-biotic drops, clear drops to lubricate |
