So, as I keep telling everyone I gave up smoking 9 months ago. I was on 40 a day and had smoked for 48 years.
But this is the funny bit. I've become the world's worst anti smoker. Can't even believe I smoked. Can't stand the smell and turn my nose up.

Congratulations! That’s awesome, I gave up in 2015 and haven’t looked back. You’re certainly not alone in your views to smoking, lots of ex smokers that I’ve spoken have said the same thing.
I think that we went nose blind to it when we were smoking but now the sense has come back it’s like we can’t believe it was so bad and become hyper aware of it. |

Tried to give smoking the heave ho four times I’ve tried now tried the patches and chewing gum route vaping all to no avail
Keep trying though
Think the thing that’s changed recently is my mental health been suffering for years after an incident in work thanks to my councillor and my meds finally see light at the end of tunnel |
