Hey OP
I'm going to be really honest, I think you will struggle.
Firstly requesting that a woman accommodates you is a big ask, maybe if you were to offer to book a hotel and treat her to a night of unimaginable orgasms from oral and foreplay alone you may be in with a shot but to just ask for foreplay only, ask her to host and not have sex is not really what most women are looking for.

Seems a bit too much faffing about for nothing.

Also OP, some people are going to see your profile name, and wonder why it's a single guy who cannot accommodate. Assumptions will be made. They might be wrong but it could be why you're not getting replies.
