Talking to the post op transwomen I know, who often end up with testosterone levels lower than the female average, many on private treatment opt for progesterone to add back in their libedo. When they need this and are under NHS treatment they prefer microdosing with testosterone gel.
There are other things that have been reported as increasing female libedo, for example a few of the compounds being used/abused as injectable tanning treatments. Some of these were going on to further trials (PT141/Bremelanotide/Vyleesi springs to mind) but I am not sure if it is approved outside the US and if so if any UK doctors would consider perscribing it. It could also come with side effects that may be obvious to everyone around you. |

By the look of it the other one I had heard rummors about was Addyi (flibanserin), which looks to be licenced for the treatment of Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder, or HSDD in the US but not yet the UK. I don't know as much about this one and its potential side affects. |
