What did you want to be when you grew up ??

I wanted to be a race car driver or a footballer. I had a stint in the local amateur league as a defender, and, since getting my driving license, I've not managed to make it onto a track apart from when I did my advanced driving test for an old job I had. |

I wanted to work, creatively, with two well known musicians from the USA. I didn’t care what the role was, I just knew that we were similar and I could learn from them and vice versa.
Fast forward 20 years and I’ve done it and continue to do so.
So would I still want those same dreams as when I was younger? Yeah 100%

A vet.
And no. I love where I have ended up instead. I think having my days filled with giving vaccinations and euthanasia and dealing with fur-parents would be a lot less fun than 6 year old me imagined. |

A surgeon but my dream had a fatal flaw in that I throw up and pass out if there is lots of blood.
Also pass out watching someome else have or having my own blood taken too.
I did not become a surgeon, surprisingly

Depends on which way you go once you get in there.
For me it was a paid hobby for 27 years and then they couldn't afford me and I I got a fantastic severance deal. Beat the real world hands down. |

at various different stages, F1 motor racing driver, footballer, astronaut, spy, assassin, rock star, astronomer, explorer.
But, the one thing that I have always wanted to be is rich.

A vet. I'd do it, if I could afford to be a student again. However, my original ambition was to be a large animal vet. I don't think me and my wheelchair would manage that nowadays, sadly. |
