Babies come out of there so girth is not usually a problem with enough warm up, relaxation and lube. Fingering and stretching helps.
With length some women love a cervix smashing and some it hurts, and some have a tilted cervix so it's in a different place/angle and will want a different position.
So - as with all these questions about what women like - it depends on your partner and communication with them is the only way to know for sure. |

Her on top is safe but women can forget to not bend your cock in a weird way and slam down on it. Always makes me a bit nervous when they get carried away riding.
You have to be really careful if her legs are over your shoulders, you can go too deep in that position.
Her on her front legs closed is safer too as there is essentially extra depth created. |

All about the prep I'd say. Making sure she's relaxed and working up to the size rather than just pushing in after a minute fingering. Ask her what positions work best for her, given the fact all women are different and the cervix can be a different angle, what works for one, won't her another. |
