I've seen threads recently discussing the principles of withdrawal of labour by trades unions and workers councils... And whether or not any patients were harmed during the course.. I've seen threads discussing the legacy of the lockdown and its associated consequences.
But surely the cancelling of 80 % of operations is going to have some pretty traumatic outcomes?
