With there already being an established club in Leicester, you might be better looking for somewhere with a gap in the market.
Things to be aware of:
Planning regulations - some councils are sniffy about clubs.
Parking - not everyone wants to walk far in a sexy outfit.
Lockers - there never seems to be enough.
Neighbours - a few clubs are next door to bars and other places and it seems that everyone there is watching and judging. |

yeah been looking at loads of warehouses and buildings and i think there is room for a bigger club in Leicester. Everyone screaming out for something better. I know about parking and been taking that into consideration. Yeah would make sure there are plenty of lockers. Been looking for a private secluded place, it is a hard find. Not giving up tho. Will definitely comply with rules and regulations of councils and obtain any licences required. |

Good luck in your venture if you do it, I’d definitely move out of town centre and somewhere with parking available.
Unit somewhere would be a good idea as be less around at night, should have parking and rates will be less than city centre location.
I travel miles for club I go to as the venue is perfect, it’s out the way and has plenty of onsite parking, along with themed nights. |

yeah thats the kind of places ive been looking at, and yes would do themed nights and have different kink rooms and aim to please everyone |
