South Korea, which has its own version of Hadrian's wall, is bringing in a ban on the centuries old tradition of eating dog meat. You can still get your dog meat in Vietnam however where they serve a version of lamb stew called mutt stew. Why ban an old tradition? Surely just campaign for better standards so they are happy dogs before they are eaten. What's going on here guys? It's all over the news

I haven't got a problem with countries where the eat dog. It would be hypocritical unless I was a vegetarian.

Cum’on Tom it’s not like you to be slapdash.

They will ban the breeding for meat and sales of dog meat, but are specifically NOT banning the eating of it.

It’s all over the news, if you listen properly.

Nana can still kill and eat a dog if she wants to.

That's against the rules, even if you find them hot.

So you are allowed to eat them but can’t farm them?

What’s going on here?

There’s going to be lots of unhappy dog farmers out there…..

Are you sure that the Vietnamese version of lamb stew isn't just mutton stew?
