My last regular was 2014 when my ex was pregnant, until she got really pregnant.
(I swear I've never had sex with another pregnant woman before or after)
We had some occasional sex after for 2 years, but then nothing.
I had 2 ONS in 2019 September and October (Success made me naive) after divorce (from bloody Badoo) and nothing since.
Obviously COVID and shortage of chefs (+Eat out, help out) took a couple of years from me.
Still embarrassing, but I won't lie about it.

So many people had it longer time ago than me.
Some people not doing it by choice for 7-10+ years.
It's not my choice, but I'm just too handsome and they're afraid they will fall in love with me.
