Closest one will be Penthouse Playrooms in Dunstable if that’s that sort of clubs you mean. Not sure if it’s open mind. |

I think most of the time on here, even if people don't specify what kind of club they are looking for, they do mean swingers or sex club (not the same).
OP, as far as I'm aware, there are no swingers clubs in MK. And the ones that are relatively nearby have got limited opening hours, mostly open at the weekends. There is Vanilla Alternative near Sandy that has MILF club on Wednesdays during the day (11 till 3, as far as I can remember) but not sure they have any membership availability for single men.
Jaydees near St Neots has Term Time Thursday event, again I think it's 11 till 3). If you're bi or gay, there is Greenhouse Sauna in Luton (easy commute from MK as club is in town centre) and they are open daily. They have their BiTastic events on Tuesdays but you are not very likely to find women or couples there. The rest of the week, they are male bi/gay sauna. |

I like the idea of a sauna I might get the train there as I dont drive iam thinking that's my best option to meet and have fun thanks x |

That's very true, can be hit and miss getting a licence, some council officers don't want those sex people in their manor.  |
