Think about tomorrow can be just better.
Think the only way is up from here.
Talk to someone or have a good cry.
Maybe ask professional help, if the above^ mentioned doesn't help.
Yes, I did hit rock bottom in 1999.
Kind of circling it again for awhile, but I have a son, so he keeps me going.
Find the person/hobby/pet/kink/anything keeps you going, then it will get better 1 day.
You will never know which day that will be, because really awesome and really awful things mostly come as a surprise suddenly.

"Today i hit rock bottom in mind and have no idea why or how fix this and yes felt like it many years ago but was hard divorce then feel shit and nobody there
Anyone else felt that way any advice "
Yes.
5 years ago I had the 2nd of 2 spectacular depressive episodes. Relationshio 9f 10 years ended. I had to leave my career, my home in London, all my friends and crash and burn back in scotland to be looked after, sobered up and sucide watxhed by my family. I was so lucky to have them. Still am. I wont pretend to know the secret to climbing out of the whole. But I promise you this, there is a way. You can. You will. And this is a solid gold fucking fact: you will be a far better version of yourself when you get to the other side. I promise man. Just hang on xxx |

"I think most people have low spells. Things will always improve. Try going out to a meet up group, or another social occasion. It helps to be with folk "
Agree. It can be tuff at times and relate to being alone and divorced. One day at a time, things do get better.
Best of luck |

January is a rough month for many, so know that you are not alone.
Focus on one day at a time. Or half a day / hour by hour if you need to.
Try to get out into nature - green /blue spaces are really good for lifting energy +mood
Try avoid alcohol, it really won't help.
Try to find 5 small, positive things to be thankful for, write them down and then repeat the exercise daily - it's surprising how positive this can be and reading back through them can be uplifting.
If you need professional help, call the samaritans, they will listen.
I hope you feel better soon x |

as a man i would reccomen blowing of steam for a night or two, go party with your real friends and talk stuff over with them. It helps to talk but as a man you probably find it hard to say the things you want when sober.
I've been in your place before, talking to my mates at a house party was easier than sitting in a pub and trying to talk to them
I hope what I'm saying isn't taken the wrong way.

I a few years ago was down . My late wife had cancer and went into hospital for a minor infection. Which sadly after about forty eight hours passed away. Now it has taken couple of years to recover from her loss. Thought yes getting over . Yet due to things happening last week. Taken a big knock back.
Now yes few days later. Realised need to move forward however difficult . As a good friend said which I am not sure in OP case may be. If incorrect I apologise.
You only life once . Yes grieve etc reflect or in any other circumstances . But life does go on and as such you have to do also. How ever difficult . |

Life is a roller coaster of emotions, some times we are down and then we turn a corner and then we're up again. It's easy to say that things will get better and that you will be happy again, but when you feel down its hard to look beyond those feeling.
You've reached out here which is a positive step to improving your mental health. If this is the only place that you feel comfortable talking about your feeling then continue to do so and reflect in the positive words of those here who want to see you happy again.
Feel better soon bud. |

Hope you feel better today OP
Went through a very difficult separation with kids some years ago. With time I felt better. Most days are good now but sometimes it still hits you. I don't think the darkness of this season helps.
Hope you are getting some support.
