Not sure about the rest of you, but whenever I read or see a 'rate my', post, can't help but feel it's a cry for attention.
Not knocking those who genuinely do crave the attention, but for me, it feels quite fake.

It's undoubtedly because people want the attention that's derived from people looking at and scoring them. I don't think that it's a bad thing at all, we're all after attention on here one way or another.
