When I was a uni, "perving" at women (or men) was the standard terminology for eyeing up all the sexy young talent around us. It was used in the sense of "checking them out" rather than being creepy. So I still tend to think of it in that way - being sexy. |

I actually never used it in a bad way, but sometimes people look at me funny, when we're talking about sexual habits and I say I'm a perv with a smile on my face.
Mostly I need to explain I meant I'm filthy. |
