I’m in extreme pain caused by post operative pancreatitis, I came out of hospital for this on Wednesday. The pain has returned. I don’t want to go back in. I tossed a coin to see if I should phone an ambulance, heads yes, tails no. It was tails. Another hour before I try again. Looking for distractions please xx |

Pain is our body's way of indicating that we must pay attention to something. At a minimum, you could get advice from the NHS, to get some support. I hope you're not too distracted, as your attention could be vital OP. Hoping you get some good relief  |
