I used to only eat cheddar until I met my friend 23 years ago. She has introduced me to all sorts of gummy cheeses and now I even like a bit of stilton 
My favourite is a tie between Wensleydale cranberries or Aldi's pineapple and almond roulade

I don't know what it was but I was fed some in Belgium up near the Luxembourg border by the hosts father, he does it as a joke but it's really hard to tell if it comes out of the cows udder or arse to be honest |
