I like going to the pictures. I us ed to go with my friends every wed and get a two scoop ice cream. I loved it, this was before the kids.
I still like it, infact I just came back less than an hour ago as we went to see Wonka (it's not bad either btw). |

Not been for many years always a bunch of people. Either comedy, horror, drama, crime. Been making up with live streaming most apps have them before they are actually at the movies then mirror with the TV |

I’ve never been a fan of the cinema, it’s always felt like the most inconvenient way to watch a film.
But - I’ve just entered a contract with sky and got two free cinema tickets per month, so I’m going to try again.
Any film suggestions most welcome! Preferably no cartoons or marvel. |

I don't go very often (going to check my insurance for free tickets after recently discovering the brilliant Champneys offer!).
When I do, I like going to nice cinemas, buying pick and mix, beforehand obviously, and there's not a particular genre I favour. Horrors can be fantastic at the cinema. I'm not sure when I'm next going, need to check out listings. |

My cinema tastes don't always match those of my friends, so I normally go alone. Before lockdown I got quite into the cinema because it forced me to focus on the film, as well as making the images stronger, blown up big. I've only been to a couple of film screenings in the last year or so, mostly screenings of older films I like and want to see on the big screen rather than newer films. I normally like to see sci-fi or weird films that might border on horror (I meant to see Cronenberg's most recent film at the cinema but missed it by a week). |

I have a Cineworld unlimited card and a Cineworld cinema next to my workplace. I randomly walk into a movie if I don't have much else to do. Mostly by myself. If it's a popular film, I could manage to convince some friends to go with me. |

Not as much I used to pre-streaming days. I lean towards action/comedy/thriller but my cinema movies seem to have the 'made for big screen' theme - either VFX a la Marvel, set design a la Barbie or stunts a la Mission Impossible.
I go with buddies sometimes (for popular stuff like superhero films) but alone other times, don't mind either. |

"Do you go to the cinema much, and when you do, what kind of film do you like to see? And do you prefer to go on your own or with cinema buddies? "
Been the last 2 days, first was with my colleague to watch Aquaman and the lost kingdom and the second time was by myself to watch Wonka.
- I go by myself mainly so it made a change to go with a colleague and friend |

I've not been since December 2019. And I miss going so much but can't seem to find a movie I want to see and a person who wants to see it with me at the right time. |

I go at least once a week. Always with my other half.
Types of films - anything decent. I’m not a fan of mainstream stuff, although tbh i do find myself watching them. But I prefer movies that are original and a bit dark |
