Can you stay away from the forum?
Jump to: Newest in thread
If you can't:
*Is it an addiction?
(I believe it is for me)
If you can:
*How long can you stay away?
(When it's a choice, not because you're busy with work...etc.)
*
What's your reason to post comments/threads?
* A way of socializing?
(Only way?)
* Simply just bored?
* Don't know yet?
* Maybe some people are here just reading, but never commenting?
Show yourself please!

"No one listens to me when I am here so it doesn't matter "

I complimented like 3 times you're a wise man.
I actually meant it, because being so subtle might be a good choice sometimes.
Ignored them all, so...you don't listen either.

I didn't look at the forums for two days this week. Sometimes I dissappear for a couple of weeks sometimes longer. Last year I took a break for about 9 months. So although I post alot I'm not addicted.
I post as social interaction and I'm at home alot. I never post when I leave the house |

"I used to be on here a lot more years ago. Now I pop on once or twice a day, if that.

Sounds like an understatement.
I remember you since I'm here and wasn't perving at all."
Yeah I’ve been here years. Don’t come on here as much anymore I meant x |

I go through phases throughout the day and it's mainly through boredom. I wouldn't say it's an addiction because some days there just aren't any topics that interest me so I'm not just going to word vomit just contribute |

Yes I think so. I could delete my account now and happily disappear without missing it deeply. I wouldn't say it's an addiction but I do enjoy to spend spare time here when I'm not doing much else. I only log in a few times a day and post on whatever tickles my fancy. I think there was a time when I was more in love with the forums but I still wouldn't say I've ever felt addicted to the forums. I'd be a bit worried about my life if I was thinking and spending most moments of my day on a website. |

Yes I can. I'm slowly not quite as active as I once was. It's a fairly easy start to the morning today and it's nice posting. If I felt I had to? I wouldn't post. If I was busy? I wouldn't make time to come on here. |

I did notice you limited your time, threads and interactions here. |

"Depends what else is going on in life. They are usually a welcome distraction from any issues.
I can take a couple of days no problem. I think I'd miss the interaction any longer than that."

If you use things as a distraction from issues, then they can become addiction.
It's not a fact or a rule, but the odds are higher.
