"Thinking fish and chips wine and early night! Didn't get alot of sleep last night had to wear one of those 24 hr monitors! Uncomfortable and going of every 30 mins! X"

I’ve been to have my car repaired this morning, done a bit of shopping. Now some housework before my landlord comes over later to repair the hob… then this evening I’m getting my pyjamas on and doing exactly nothing  |

Training Chest and tris at the gym, then might get special kebab from the Indians tomorrow is takeaway night but I found over a tenner in change in the van earlier when tidying it so it’s basically free |

I not entirely sure mste It looks like donner meat but it’s red and has other bits in
