"19 Crimes, red. It's really lovely smooth drinking.
Also Jacobs Creek, Shiraz, actually I would put this one before 19 Crimes."
You should definitely try the Cali red it's very nice indeed.
For a cheap red it's hard to beat Jam shed merlot |

My half-sister's favourite wine is "Can we go to Lakeside?"
We never do, because Majestic is closer.
I do wonder though, what exactly is "Majestic" about "Majestic Wines?"
I've been going for years to them and never once seen a member of the Royal Family in there.
If they were hoping to attract passing members of the Monarchy, then it's clearly not working. |

Nottingham / London, but mostly in and around London when free |
A good red rioja with some good food is always a winner closely followed by a merlot or cabinet sauvignon, anything from a supermarket £7 bottle upwards is a good choice for me |

As for a white.
Try Asda's Wine Makers Blend Hock.
Fruitier than a Benny Hill Show. The Reisling is a good cheap medium and the Liebfraumilch is a highly palatable dry.
All for less than a fiver a bottle. |

For whites a nice Puligny Montrachet, Mersaulr, Burgundy in general. Reds can be a decent Barolo, a nice Super Tuscany, Grand Cru Bordeaux, Riojas or Gevrey Chambertin. And of course lots of champagnes or at least bubbles. |

Been drinking an inexpensive Argentinian 4 Winemakers Malbec for the past few months.
However my Sister bought me a case of 19 Crimes Malbec for Christmas and I will be opening the first bottle on Saturday, not come across it before but seems a popular wine with Fab drinkers if this thread is anything to go by. |

Whatever wine I have managed to make from foraging/allotment goods.
My Favourite homemade wine is a draw between elderberry and damson.
The worst wine I have made was pumpkin... super gross. |
