"Any alternatives?"
It's a USA based site, like so many of the other big ones. Unfortunately, the authorities there clamped down on things that had been going on, so the land of the free isn't quite so free anymore. Alongside the rest of the world  lots of my non swinging friends in the USA and elsewhere used it .
There must be a gap in the market but the threat of legal complications there is huge. |

I used to hook up successfully on Craigslist back in "them days". In fact, had my first MMF through there, and she was hotter than any of the subsequent women I met with on swinging sites. A shame it got ruined, like the rest of the internet. |
