So, two people getting chatting, they meet up and have sex. During the session theres lots of kissing, foreplay hugs, laughs and enjoyment. Is it just sex or did they make love?
If it was just sex then theres not much difference between it?
Thoughts?

"They were just ‘doing it! it? Whatsits
Doing IT!! You know…it! ahhh yes i get it "
There’s a difference between passionate sex and fucking.
Then there’s a whole different passion and sensual feelings involved to make love to someone.
Just sex? That’s just getting your rocks off or having g done sexy fun with someone you like, it can be anything .
It’s just how I see things. |

Some people like to call passionate or tender sex making love.
It's just words and I don't care either way, but if you say we're going to make love don't be banging me into the headboard with your thumb jammed up my arse, cos that's banging.
Choose your words carefully.

"First time is Sex as the connection grows it can become making love"
Agree with that, met a lady for sex a few years back, after couple of times she said it was making love for her, I had to agree |

"The way I make love is not often sweet or the traditional idea of romantic.
I make love to the people I love. I fuck the people I fuck "
Exactly this. Language can often be semantics. One might assume that making love is always a tender affair, but I think not always so.
To me, making love is a deep connection between two people in love. Fucking is anything else.
But, as with any other language, words lose their meaning over time and we use it to fit what suits us. |

Making love isn't the same as falling in love. For me lovemaking is another way of describing slow, sensual, intimate sex, where you take your time exploring your partner's body and mind for me lovemaking is about giving pleasure rather than using them and taking pleasure. |

Oh no hundred per cent that was love making.
I don’t kiss any women on the mouth during sex unless I love them because I don’t know where their mouths have been. |

Making love is being exposed, mutual vulnerability, trust, a connection. I don’t think you need to be in love to make love but feelings and emotions need to be present. You have to care about more then just your orgasm. You’re typically focused on the slow, sensual sensations of every move. The way your two bodies communicate without words in a deeper way.
Whereas having sex with someone, although the vulnerability still plays a role, it is of a different kind. Namely, one may be afraid of the sexual intercourse not being good or losing the needed chemistry. Also, one may question if his/her sexual needs will be received well or not. |

Make love is for relationships not a quick suck off or fuck "
I met this girl on Monday

We were making love by Wednesday.
And on Thursday and Friday and Saturday.

I think two people can make love without being in love. When having sex, the objective is orgasms and it can be pretty functional. You can have sex with someone that you've just met, barely even spoken to, don't know the name of, and won't see again. Making love, the connection is just that bit deeper, you want an orgasm and to share a bit more of each other, from deep inside, so that the sex comes with some intimacy, no matter how small. You don't have to be in love with someone to do that though. |
