I have a busy day followed by a long drive tonight. This is a serious contrast to the last week and a bit where afternoon naps have been frequent. Wish me luck |

Third day of fasting as in intermittent? Or fasting for other reasons?
I shall keep everything crossed that your run is successful and you don't trip over a twig and twist your ankle (I have a friend who did that before).
