Haven't been to sleep yet.
Insomnia just said nope.
So I waited for Mr to get home from work and pinned him down begore he had chance to get his work clothes off. He's now rushing to texaco to get me Fanta & some crisps as a thank you |

Nothing worse than the dreaded DONS. I use a foam roller and a massage gun if I ever get them. Just started up ice baths for recovery too. I say started up, have been in it once this week only but the idea is for regular use |

Well the ape next door had me awake from 1:30am until I eventually fell asleep at 5:10am only for alarm to go off at 5:40am.
I had to call the council for all the good it will do, he's a piss head junkie who's in his 50's lives at home with his mummy and he's never worked a day in his life been in and out of prison and is a total waste of space.
Yet he'll probably be treated as the victim and given support meanwhile it's making me unwell and the noise and arguments slamming doors banging falling asleep with TV full blast calling his mum a cunt and arguing with her this will all carry on. |
