Would anyone like to give me a massage
* not an attention seeking thread.
I will offer you a massage back, but my neck is in pain after a few bad nights sleep, and it’s really stiff .(don’t be rude.)
Or is it something I just have to get through and a massage really wouldn’t help? I don’t know about this stuff my last message, led to sexy sex.
Can you massage yourself? |

"Deep tissue Massage? "
I I need more of a, my neck is aching please don’t hurt it type of massage but make it better.
A deep tissue massage sounds like it would really hurt every nerve on the top of my shoulders. |

"Just get one of those hot wheat sacks, and put it on the back of your neck.. Not as much fun, but it does help.
A wheat sack?
It's a sack... With wheat in it. You warm it up in the microwave "
I might have to google these. I’ve woke with the same ache. I just think I’m not sleeping well enough. self help seems the only way. |

I typically have never been that keen on them.
I am however noticing that as I'm getting older my body would probably benefit from a massage.
I might have to do a spa day. |

No. But again, this is something I’ll try.
I wish I had someone to help move my mattress around with me…. |

Make sure you are warm before moving it, don't want you to put your back out doing it |

Wheat sacks are great. I used one after some whiplash, and although I do Pilates and yoga too, it accelerated the recovery.
Just spent a few very intense days doing things that made my back and everything associated feel like a cross between a demented Picasso painting and Quasimodo, 20 mins on my foam roller have left me feeling like a regal cock-lord again.
So, foam rollers are also ace unless you have medical reasons not to.
I can PM you an Amazon link for the one I use if you want, and you can Google/YouTube how to use them as a novice and upwards. |
