Really difficult to answer, Oasis and Van Halen are great shouts, here are a few of my fave first albums, all somewhat different genres

Levellers - Levelling the Land
Choosing this as GnR's Appetite for Destruction has already been nominated. But the thing that stands out to me about these two albums is they are so "perfect" dare we say they are actually BETTER than either band's Greatest Hits collections. |
