2023 Fuckit Bucket - The final act in a long play, with some excellent leading ladies over the last 10 years, concluding that I can never make just one story. No - not a Lothario, never a cheat. I just need adventure, mostly mental, mostly on my own. Some people are weird. I'm one of them. But it still hurts people when you finish what you had. Not nice. Not proud. Don't want to hurt anyone to that level again.
Death of my best friend, almost two year rollercoaster with cancer. And an awfully messy time before we were able to give him the funeral he deserved. It was spectacular. I still think he blasted off in his space-coffin once we left the crematorium. Collecting much of his art and personal effects today from his Mum, also a good friend for nearly 40 years, so what she doesn't keep can be spread around all his friends.
2024 wishes - adventures, activities, travels, time to jump back into career mode, and hopefully find two or three amazing women who want my adventure, but don't need my energy other than infrequently. If they "get" me, it should work really well.
And tennis. Lots and lots of tennis.
And aliens, poems, talking with dead people, atheism, and luxury space communism, obvs.

Health issues for us both, we're starting the New year focusing on improving both of our health's (well he will once he's jacked off the lurgy) and getting back into getting out together and spending time as a family.
Oh and hopefully some socials and meets too
