Ok went to one today and had us both thinking... How many people do you think would turn up to yours?
The guy today had over 120. We thought that was a great turn out..so what would you guess for yours? |

I have a huge family so it will be 100+ without counting friends. Add another 50 to that and that sounds about right, but only if I'm buried down south as the lazy fuckers wouldn't come all the way up here just to watch me burn. |

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum |
"Well hopefully my daughter will turn up. If there is booze afterwards I suspect a few more will come along.
If there's cider I might make the effort "
There would be everything. I know my mates well. |

The burial etc to me is less important, but I'd love those important to me to have a wonderful trip, so I'm thinking getting them overseas for a get away - somewhere I've been and has been memorable in my life. I won't afford to ship hundreds out there, so a small group I guess.
Better to live for now, treat others as if you might not meet them again, to let you know you love them and have as much fun as you can, whilst we can. |

"My dad's funeral was brimming but my mum's less so since, by then she had lost a lot of family and friends anyway!
"
Same thing happened with my Dad. He was the first of his generation to go, and it was sad as all the other funerals took place over the following years spotting how many faces were missing each time one took place... |

Not many, I reckon it would be a quiet affair.. Nothing big or flash. My sister on the other hand, I couldn't believe how many turned out for hers, it was into the hundreds.. |
