About 6 hours but it catches up with me by the weekend and I usually need a short nap.

It must be difficult to fit in any sleep between all that...

I'm grumpier on more sleep. Be thankful I only get 5 hours.

I'd say 5 is my average more or less.

8 hours sleep is really rare, but it happens occasionally.

I had regular 8+ hours sleep last time, when I was 12.

I've had a couple of awful nights of sleep recently, just tossing and turning throughout but I find if I can get a solid 6 or 7 hours, then I tend to be ok

Currently not hitting my usual sleep pattern of 6/7 hours because HRT seems to be playing havoc with me in more ways than one.

But 7 hours with around an hour and a half deep sleep in that and I'm a pretty playful woman all day.

I run on 6hrs. And this is something I’ve not been used to for years which was normal to be 3/4.

I feel blessed.

As a rule I run very well on 6 hours.

I can do less and can do more. It varies quite a lot, I'm a horrible over thinker ha and depending on what is going on at the time I can sometimes sleep very little.

Between 5-7h most nights.

At the moment my sleep pattern is all muddled up due to cold and staying in bed for way too long. Once that's sorted hopefully back to normal.

I reckon I average about 4 hours per night, always feels like I need more, but it doesn't effect how functional I am.

4-6 hours disturbed sleep usually. Ironically on the rare occasions I sleep better or longer I feel like shit the next day.

I think that plays a big part. Making sure I have a clear mind, was something I always try to do. It just so happens lately it’s become a lot easier.

I love my sleep.

I'm grumpy if I don't get at least 7 or 8.

More is a bonus

If I get six a night I'm happy. No sleep effects my head which can seriously effect my job.

If you want to keep yourself up at night have a look at the links between early onset dementia and lack of sleep.
