The sore arm and feeling a bit low for a couple of days seem to be about as bad as the side effects of being vaccinated get.
Only a few days ago a 20 year old woman from Clydebank, otherwise fit and healthy, who'd had a baby a few days before died of swine 'flu. She hadn't been vaccinated.
Vaccination or not? Your call. |

I'm a nurse working in the community...we are all being encouraged to have the vaccination......but NONE of us....OR any of the local GP's are having it as we all feel that it has not yet been properly tested....and very few trials have been done on its long term safety.....obviously.....as it has been a rush job to get the vaccine out........but the government and the health service had to be seen to be doing something pro-active because the media have hyped it out of all propoertion.....just as they do with MRSA.....sorry....rant over......E x |

I've had the swine flu jab about a month ago. I had such got over a chest infection but was said to be ok to have it. It ached for a while afterwards and the arm was heavy and tender for a few days but nothing else. No flu symptoms at all. My whole family have had it with no problems at all. Hope this helps reassure you. |
