i lost my sis few yrs ago now somthing thats always stayed in my mind since then was in a card a good friend of mine sent it read
never be sad when a lost 1 walks threw your mind as they often do instead remember how lucky you have been to have had them in your life
masive hugs in my opinion your not suposed to got over a loss of a real loved 1 but with time you learn how to deal with it xxxxx |

We prepare ourselves to a certain degree for the deaths of close family members, but we imagine our friends, colleagues and contemporaries will be around as long as we are.
You are in work for a good deal of your waking hours and it is only natural you form bonds, friendships and genuine affection those you work closely with.
You can have as many hugs as you want or need from me 
I hope that you and your fellow colleagues pull together and provide support and comfort to each other to get you through what will be a tough few weeks x |
