At the moment, the most reliable new and nearly new cars in the UK, according to the RAC and Autocar are Dacias. Autocar says it's because they're fairly basic and simple, with less to go wrong. |

I got a nissan quashy thing.
Does the job, free road tax , cheap to insure for me. Good mpg and roomy.
Becareful with some cars as loads are certain brands are very easy to steal.
Toyota chr being the new one on the list of those st0len cars.

In my prior experience, Dacias are ok for popping to the tip (roomy boot) but for long distances they are bloody uncomfortable to drive.

You might find a Sportage at that price with a few years warranty left. That would be my choice |

Buy Japanese imho.
I've had French which out of warranty not much good and their customer service is non existent. Same as Merc.
Currently got a Mazda CX-30 petrol. Not too impressed with coming from a diesel to petrol and having to change down most of the time to accelerate. But all ok so far. |

Korean / Japanese, great reliability and don’t have the premium cost of the German models |
