It was ok I messed up by making gravy from the beef water/juice left in the slow cooker and without tasting it absolutely covered my dinner with it and it kinda spoiled it as rates too strong so everything on plate tasted the same, luckily made normal gravy for the kids so theirs was ok won’t make that mistake again |

Was it fuck at work 15 hours, has to watch a Christmas dinner being defiled in the making of it, like it was in the round room at chams...
It broke my heart, but did wonders for any control issues

Just about to go and put the turkey on (plus the roasties and parsnips).
Lunch was cold cuts after a Nigella ham cooked in cola from yesterday (that went with mash, veggies and parsley sauce and will make a pie for my son with the left over turkey when he comes back for Christmas on Friday). |

Waddling... Waddling... Like a fucked duck...
Four course Indian meal at a Brighton seafront restaurant...
A glass of Prosecco with poppadoms accompany yogurt dips, chutney, chopped red onions and pickles...
A starter of meat and fish platter that was almost size of main course...
Main course of lamb curry and chicken curry with naan and rice...
Dessert of warmed Mince Pie with pot of Kulfi...
Washed down with Kingfisher and Cobra beers....
Quack... Quack .... Quack .... |

Went out for it and I only had a starter. Waited nearly two hours for that. Now I’m at home crying into a giant bag of cheese puffs.
Anyone got a spare roast?"
Yep I’ve got tonnes left beauts. Head on over |

Yes.
I cooked "pan roasted" loin of venison with celeriac mash, roast potatoes, sprouts and a port sauce.
It was the first time "pan roasting" something and it came out really well. No fat on venison so continual basting with butter.
I wish I'd had someone to share it with. |

Too much now, could not finish it. Turkey, pigs in blankets, parsnips, roasties, sprouts, carrots, white sauce, apple sauce, gravy and yorkshires. got left over turkey from my plate.
Masses left over, so shall be making ham and turkey pie, turkey curry and cold cuts for the next few days.
