80% about speed, efficiency, organizing, problem solving, improvising, communication, memory and all this under pressure. No you're not always 100% calm, but need some stress to push yourself more. A few "fucks" and "cunts" can keep you in the game without flapping. |

I work in a cafe, but it's a more restaurant like cafe.
Pretty much a restaurant with crap furniture.
I wasn't complaining.
I love it, but sometimes I hate it for a half an hour, then love it again.
The reason of hating it rarely is people are being stupid, never the cooking.
*Ordering hot food, when they have only 5-10 minutes.
*Taking yellow peppers out of the Fajita.
*Soup is too hot.
*Scampi taste too fishy
*Want medium steak with no blood
*Want square plate instead of round
*Don't want edgy fried eggs
*Sending back the food, because it's cold. After 15 minutes it went out it's obviously cold.
*Then the freeloader tricksters.
1. They eat 80% of the food, then complain about something they didn't like. Get another one for free.
2. Eat all the food, then place 1 single hair on the plate.
You can clearly see there's no food on the hair, so it's never been in the food.
...etc.
Alway the people are the reason for stress, never the cooking.
Still love it, anyway.

I spent a year attending sign language classes so I could talk to a cute deaf guy I fancied (wanted to at least converse more than just my name)… he was flattered, but ultimately he wasn’t into ginger guys.
