Gallstones, weeks of agonising pain all round the torso, as well as going a Homer Simpson shade of yellow because it fucked up my kidney functionality too.
That was pretty grim on the pain spectrum.

Kidney stones - more agony than anything else I've suffered. Needed a lot of morphine to get it under control when I first went into A&E (as luck would have it, I was in NW Scotland at the time so getting to hospital was quite a trek). |

I've heard, from a nurse, that it is worse than childbirth! |

If you're yellow it's your liver that's fucked... |

Having appendicitis when you're 5 with a gangrene appendix wasn't fun. Don't remember the pain much these days. Though I did recently break my right, a nasty fractured metatarsal, self inflicted. Still made roast dinner for the Mrs the day after.. because I'm a fucking trooper |

"Getting knocked over by a fork lift truck weighing over 6 tons and the steel toe cap in my boot crushing my foot smarted a tad."
This is why I'm dubious of steel toe caps. And my college tutor said that couldn't happen... |

Apart from letting Lycan have his way?
Uh. Probably women's things. There's not many things that could make me curl up in the foetal position in the middle of a busy street. But that fucker can do it. |

A toe cap is essentially an arch, which is inherently strong when upright. Look at bridges, viaducts, etc. However, when I was knocked down, I was 90 degrees to the perpendicular, making that arch inherently weak. It crushed, folding my foot in half lengthways. |

A coma!! I got off lightly then.
But damn, if I coughed, I had to prepare myself each time knowing how much payment was about to come ,
And sneezing? I think I pa$$ed out on one of them |

Worst pain I've ever felt.

The context of it all though will forever make me laugh! "

Brain surgery, the after effects, losing a baby that was a fucking killer. Physically and mentally. Those contractions seem worse than the other ones ie actually having the child....but my body seems back to normal again.... Finally!! Whoop whoop! |

I've had some pretty horrific injuries in the past but never cried or whimpered, but the physical pain of kidney stones brought me to tears. The nurse at the hospital said the same as all the others here. Comparable to giving birth if not worse. What's even worse is the fact that once you've had them, you're likely to get them again at some point.
I was also told, a tablespoon if Cider Vinegar diluted in water every now and again can help slow their forming down.
Fingers crossed so far. |

Physical pain: I had a dental cyst that caused my soft palate to swell. The most distracting, incredible pain I've ever experienced.
Emotional pain: The sudden loss of my wife, in front of me, last year. I'm still experiencing it. |

Was hospitalised with recurring g pain lower left abdomen. They didn't listen and decided they needed to remove my gallbladder. Anyone know why they'd never manage it given where my pain was? Over 3 years on and I still intermittently get this pain (and still have my gallbladder) |

I’ve had gallstones and gallbladder removal, I’ve had kidney stones, I’ve had childbirth, I’ve had many broken bones and ailments but nothing has even come remotely close to the exact moment my appendix burst and the peritonitis that went with it.
Luckily ambulance was with me within minutes, and I was in immediate surgery upon arrival. |

The nerve injury that is permanent and causes me constant, unremitting pain and has done for the past 7yrs. And the herniated lumbar discs with nerve root compression, whilst pregnant. That started and I wasn't allowed any painkillers! |

"Chronic pain from my PCOS and endometriosis
That too!
Not fun for sure "
Mine's endo and adenomyosis but I think the combo causes pretty similar pain etc. My menopause jab is wearing off and it flared right up this week. Obviously |

Had kidney stones twice.
Sat in A&E crying and laughing at the pain.
Fortunately they have good pain killers.
Was a terrible pain as it went on a while.
However have Sarcoidosis which means my immune system attacks itself occasionally.
At one stage it manifested in my right eye.
All I remember is walking outdoors in the sun and it felt like someone pushed a hot poker through my eye and brain. Dropped me instantly into a ball. Shorter period of pain than kidney stones but worse for me. |

I had kidney stones a few years back, thankfully not as developed, and managed to pass them naturally. It felt like I wanted to pee all the time but could only pass weak little trickles, then one day at home I passes the stone in the loo. I remember it being the shape of an arrowhead, and I heard it hit the porcelain. I've never felt instant relief like when that bugger passed. |
