Yes I try and make mine extra special. From massive juicy praws, to scrumptious crayfish, all the usual salad bits, homemade sauce and three different types of smoked salmon on top. |

That is true. I often have the small ones on their own, a baguette and a glass of wine on a Friday night. There are small ones as well as larger ones and the crayfish so plenty of taste in this coctail. Tried and tested |
