"Ooohh, a "sleazy event" organised by a "gang of wife-swappers"....sounds like fun!
Do wife-swappers really go about in gangs?? Were they wearing hoodies? "

Likewise. Sad day that was. "
If there are enough yeas then another similar event should be organised only kept secret, we don't want any rivals spoiling it this time! Xx |

Shame about the cancellation, I bet a few people had some lovely outfits already prepared.
Mind you I like the idea of a rival Swing Gang; do you think they could do a musical about it, after all Rocky Horror Show was a success.
Better still brings a whole new meaning to the line "Jets are going to have their way tonight...." LOL

The particular article is not new news - it's been posted before.
As for it being in the Scottish Daily Record, I have said this before in the forums (and been shot down by some idiot who didn't know what he was talking about for it):- I worked for a Scottish print company in the early 90's and the feeling of puritanism in the Print/Publishing/Newsprint industry north of the border is palpable. There has been a steady stream of such articles in the Scottish press over the last few years. Bear in mind that printing started in monasteries ( the union convenor in a printers is still called the 'FOC' - Father of the Chapel) it is no surprise that they still pander to the embedded religious societal background which is part and parcel of life in Scotland. Take a trip to the Hebrides and you'll see what I mean... Having said that, one of the best one-night-stands was with a woman on Islay in 1989, whose hubby was a lay preacher in the 'wee, free Kirk'.. All that latent hornyness.... Yum yum!!! |
