In my local supermarket yesterday, rural Malaysia, assistant is stacking the shelves with Quality Street!
Legislation dictates labelling here so she’s busy sticking “From the UK” labels as she stacks, the price, wait for it……..£20 a tub!
It’s been a while since I bought any in the UK but at £20 a pop they stayed on the shelf  |

Good grief! The quantities in tubs are getting smaller and smaller too. Though I managed to secure a 2kg tin for £10 and it’s full!

'Rural Malaysia' stocks Quality Street from the UK at about MYR 120.00?? Is there that much demand for it from rural Malaysians?
