Lawyers of fab - Question for you

West Mersea

Hello,

I am reaching out specifically only to barristers or solicitors of fab. I am seeking advice here over anywhere else on the web because I have a legal query that requires an understanding of the swinging lifestyle, as it is moderately related to my situation. To clarify, I am neither an accused nor a defendant in this matter.

For privacy reasons, I prefer not to disclose further details publicly. However, I would greatly appreciate it if any lawyers reading this could message me privately. In our private conversation, I will provide a concise explanation of the situation, outline the key facts, and pose a single, specific legal question.

I would also like give a disclaimer to the lawyers hesitant to provide me with any of your input in case you inadvertently create a liability for yourself such as creating an unintended attorney - client relationship, engaging in the unauthorized practice of law for a jurisdiction where they may not be licensed, or being mistaken for giving legal advice for an area of law where they have no malpractice coverage or would be in violation of a law firm/employer policy. I understand any information you give to me isn't legal advice but general advice instead.

Thank you for your consideration.

In other words, to all baristers and solicitors of Fab, please provide professional legal advice to me for free.

Yeah... I'm too tight to pay, but can I pay you in kind?

I think you should just put it to the forumites...

North East Scotland, mostly

If you are seeking legal advice, it doesn't matter whether or not the lawyer has knowledge of the swinging scene, they will give you advice based on the law. Good luck.

If I needed legal advice…. Fab is the absolute last place I would ask for it.

I’d rather ask the McCanns for childcare advice.

If you are that bothered you get 30 mins free consultation from most solicitors so just phone one, you'll never know if someone messaging you is or isn't

Didn't Roy Chubby Brown once say 'im not a gynecologist, but I shall have a bloody good look!'

Can see some of that going on here.

Oooooh that’s harsh!!!

On the McCann’s I mean. They probably know a lot about using PR to get a lot of police help and a great deal on the matter of oven chips!!

I’ve watched Better Call Saul.

That’s all the qualifications necessary to solve any legal strife.

OP, when someone PMs saying “I’m a lawyer, tell me your story” how will you know they’re not just a nosey bus driver or bricklayer?

So your not the accused or defendant? The term 'not my monkey not my circus' springs to mind.

That is harsh but very fair and to me very funny because now I’m wondering what advice they’d give bless them.
