Oddly I went to a concert of his once despite not being a fan. No idea how I get myself in these situations.
On the plus side he was actually a terrific entertainer.

Recovery is going really well I think. Strength is really getting there. Just very sleep deprived as can’t get comfy and the undressed scars make me gippy. But yes I’m being good |

Recovery is going really well I think. Strength is really getting there. Just very sleep deprived as can’t get comfy and the undressed scars make me gippy. But yes I’m being good "

Good evening all, I have a new beer tonight called “Solid State” a 6.5% IPA by Verdant brewing co. In Truro, Cornwall. It’s very good and

I honestly don't know tbh it's just my sleep pattern is all over the place last few months your body just adapts to it not good but IV tried everything to help nothing works haha |

I empathise with you. I have bouts of insomnia where nothing at all sorts my sleep. Eventually my body just adapts to the minuscule sleep I can get.
Today, I’ve completely set myself to not sleep tonight by having a nap late in the afternoon/early evening. What was I ever thinking? I wasn’t… |

I don't sleep well either... I've worked away for years stopping in hotel ... Can't get a good night's sleep. I've started to lisen to low volume radio while I try and sleep. I have never liked a TV or light on while I sleep but since I've started to listen to low volume it's sent me to sleep

I, too, travel loads and have found it difficult to sleep through the night in hotels.
In my teen years, I used a low volume radio to help me sleep. I wish this still worked for me. Sadly, it stopped working around 2001. Enjoy it whilst it works for you. |
