Have you ever returned poor quality items from your grocery delivery? Sadly I just had to and not happy as now I have to have another trip out to get them

Sometimes Bread and Potatoes.

Ocado are really good at refunding though although like you said, it means having to go out and get replacements.

I had some mince pies I thought were awful. Trying not to swallow one while I took them back was awkward but I managed it.

To be fair most at goods at refunds. It annoy me when yiu get fruit and three of four pieces are rotten or they pick same date for fresh food when it says 3+days. They used to do that a lot when online groceries started but got better over time and now happens every now and then

All the time, damaged cereal boxes and poor quality fruit gets given back to the driver. Quite often they say keep it and refund as well. I never take advantage of that but if something is delivered that I wouldn't have picked off the shelf myself I have no qualms

Excellent as worried I might sound petty. Mind you the driver had gone by the time I noticed. They have refunded though

I think they probably get much pettier customers than you.

I was chatting to one driver who said he was fifteen minutes early to one house so called and asked if he could deliver straight away. They made him wait outside until the agreed delivery time even though they were in. That's petty
