I’d love to but two places nearby have closed. I don’t want to drive 40 mins to go to Xfit tbh.
There’s now F45 which is a bit expensive or David Lloyd with blaze or circuit training.

It’s still extremely popular but still extremely gay to turn “who can work out harder” into a sport
But you can’t beat the social aspect of it. I dunno how CrossFit does it, but every gym has a really great social aspect about it |

Exactly this but I actually think that’s what brings them together. That competitiveness and rooting for each other and celebrating wins breeds that.
Still not worth the risk imo though  |
