We gradually get into day mode during the week but due to Musical commitments it's at least 4am we get wound down enough to sleep every Fri & Sat. So Sun is usually around the same |

I have those days sometimes.
Usually I leave the TV on until I fall asleep, so less thinking and worrying.
Mostly works, but sometimes it isn't enough distraction. |

In my case, it's not insomnia per se. It's pain and muscle spasms that keep me awake "
