How many coffees (or teas) can you get through in a day. I must cut down

The most I’ve ever had was 6-8 single espressi (proper plural form of espresso).

I like good quality very strong coffee and felt the same earlier today after three coffees in very short time

Try and limit caffeinated drinks to two per day wherever possible. Sometimes have one more if I’m traveling and it’s a v early start

Even after a double shot I'll be buzzing and hyper, then crash.

Definitely no coffee after 5pm

about 7 coffees before midnight (nightshift)

usually about 4 before lunchtime on a normal day! Px

1 cup of tea or coffee (caffeinated) a day two or three decaf.

1 cup of cappuccino a week my weekly treat on a Friday morning along with a sausage egg mcmuffin no cheese.

We went out for breakfast this morning and I had a coffee with it, I didn't stop talking for about 3hrs non stop.

I limit myself to three real ones - breakfast, mid-morning and after lunch, then a decaffeinated one after dinner or I wouldn't sleep at all.

It used to be five or six double espresso in a day. Now? I can go for days without drinking caffeine. Average is probably two a week? In the summer I don't really drink tea or coffee.

I once had no sleep and needed to go to the gym and then work. I had some preworkout, 4 coffees and a can of monster and I felt like I’d been on a 4 day meth binge. Never again.
