Plymouth and Newcastle (sometimes)

I don't do anything other than my work but it is a physical job though. P has to wear a set of leads (for x ray not dog walking) for her work but it's not that strenuous a job as they get to take them off a lot but they are heavy.

Being happy which entails no drama or angst.

Stay well clear of drama queens.

Working, walking, swimming.

Turned garage into gym.

Food portion control, no bread or potatoes.

Seeing good things in life and saying yes more than no.

Gym, swim and hillwalking with the odd horizontal jogging session thrown in for extra cardio.....

Fitter now than when I was in my 30's, 40's and 50's and was too busy with work and family stuff to have time to exercise.

Moved on from middle age spread to lean muscular mature.

Manchester(ish).

I lift heavy stuff up and put it down. I'm fitter now than I've ever been.

With notable exceptions, many of us can lift heavy things and reap the rewards of it. Especially around increased bone density for women. And the general feeling of badassery that comes with progressive achievement of strength goals.

Generally speaking, we're capable of doing great things.

A lot of walking - not running a car and living on the edge of a town with infrequent public transport helps a lot; frequent cycling, weather permitting; frequent aerobic exercise in the form of singing (properly produced voice, not amplified) and playing a brass instrument.

Cycling...my feet hurt too much doing anything else!

A twice weekly gym work out, helps keep the muscle on and the bones strong.
