Probably fantasy related but are there professions that if someone you were chatting to said they had you'd be like 'oooh' for whatever reason.
I do with female teachers. Probably that classic schoolboy fantasy but as soon as a hot woman tells me they're a teacher, I'm borderline sold there and then! |

When someone who earns a decent salary implies you don't understand mortgages, salaries and losing a house says "Unless I sit you down with pen and paper you just aren't going to get it"
"The mums at the private school my kids went to found time to read why can't you"
"I've gifted you the book how many YEARS shall I give you to actually read it.
I could go on, someone with that attitude is not attractive.
You then avoid good/high earners like the plague like I do. I don't doubt there's some nice people in either end of the spectrum but I'd rather not risk that shit coming my way again.

Hmmmm I think if they said their a paleontologist, I'd be really interested not on my own behalf but for someone who is incredibly incredibly important to me, I'd be pumping them for loads of information. Also an archeologist that would be cool, but that would be for me and me going ohhhhh internally.
A brain surgeon as I have a personal interest in that ..... That would definitely get a 'ohhhhh, have you ever ...etc etc'.
Aside from that I don't think I'd get overly excited or Ohhhh about someone's job. But seeing someone interested and invested in their job that can get me interested too, even if the first 'oh I'm an x,y,z' doesn't cause an ohhhhh. |

I have huge admiration for anyone in medical care, and those who work providing mental health care. I’d want to hear about their experiences but I guess given what the deal with on a daily basis would that’s probably not what they would want.
