Going to get a tree tomorrow. Christmas is coming late this year as my son will not make it back until around the 28th.

As an atheist family we had a challenge. So the tradition began that we change it every year and pay tribute to something that impressed us in the past year. This year it's gonna be David Attenborough up there. I'm working on it now. Past tree toppers include Lego Batman and Dolly Parton!! It's good fun

A cardboard cut out of Homer Simpson dressed as Santa getting stuck going down a chimney. I cut it out of the back of a pack of Christmas chocolates about 2 decades ago and use it every year.
