How many times a day do you brush your teeth , whats your routine ?
Morning and night with a floss for me
I've just been to the dentist for a check up, no treatment req'd only issue he thinks I'm brushing the teeth with too much pressure.    |

I had that years ago. I had sensitivity in one of my teeth. Dentist had a poke around, then threw herself back in her chair and sighed. I turned round in horror thinking she was figuring how to break bad news. She said she was trying to work out whether to lecture me or not. She said its obvious you are cleaning down to your gum level, because there is evidence of damage to your gum line. You obviously brush in circular motion because the enamel erosion is curved. However, can I point out that one is supposed to brush one's teeth, not scrub the enamel off  |
