I'm not a chef but even I know a full English needs hash browns.

Add hash browns, bin the beans. Tomatoes must be tinned too, non of those grilled tomatoes!

Poached eggs on some sourdough/ciabatta ( is a mix - very nice)

Lashing of butter.

Finely chopped chives on the eggs

A good dusting of sea salt and cracked black pepper.

Some grilled on the vine baby tomatoes

Unlimited decent coffee

I’m a simple soul.

Side dish of sweet potatoe hash if you have it

Oh must have tea, for me thick tea with plenty of milk available.

And I’d still have the hash browns, tomato but only if it’s cooked through on a griddle or peeled plum tomatoes that have been boiled in tomato juice.

Toast, yes please but also fried slice… mmm

Scrambled eggs, and lava bread from north Wales…

Perfect.. (for me… )

Dubai & Nottingham

I like a couple of slices of wholemeal toast, with smashed, avocado, 4 poached eggs, lots of crispy smoked streaky bacon, drizzled in maple syrup, and a few strawberries, with a good macchiato and a pint of mineral water.

Hash browns are nice but not always needed

Swap the fried bread for toast and chuck in some hash browns, job done"

Midlothian

I rarely eat before 11am, I feel sick if I eat too early. I couldn't eat a plateful of fried food in the morning, a full English to me is like a big dinner meal. I do like tattie scones with a runny egg, though!
