My day had a an amazing start. I then trapped a nerve in my lower back around 1pm and have been in agony ever since. I can’t get comfortable, laughing or coughing is painful …….. and going to the loo really difficult. TMI? |

A friend rang me to hear my frustrations at my days disappointment and pulled over to do so.
The two people I live with are cheering for the milestone I hit tomorrow.

I've learnt we don't actually ever have a shitty day, we have a shitty moment or hour that we carry throughout the day. If you look back you'll see there's most likely more good than bad so everyday has the ability to be turned around if we want it too. |

not been a bad day at all… lots of fab forum interaction which is always fun 
And then I also remembered I am visiting friends this weekend for drinks & sport … so all in all a good start to the week. I’m sure there may be a dip … but for now relaxing evening and chill  |

It's usually the Mr who turns it around his general dickishness (I made that word up) but it always makes me smile, be it random cuddles, kitchen dancing or him sticking his cock in my face while I have my coffee.
